Saiko Matcha, a matcha shop in Prague, sells online through Shopify. We built an agent that connects to the store, so the team can run sales, marketing and the customer newsletter from one place.
Before the agent
The team ran the shop in Shopify, but marketing was the part of the work they didn't want to do, or didn't know how to do. Campaigns and the newsletter kept slipping.
Connected to the shop
The agent connects to the shop's Shopify store. The team asks it about sales and gets notifications from it, without opening the store's admin. It also puts together a sales report, gathers market research for upcoming campaigns and drafts replies to customer questions for the team to check.
Campaigns and newsletters
The agent reads ahead to each holiday season, plans a campaign for it and prepares the newsletter to customers. Nothing goes out until the team has reviewed it and told the agent to send it.
