Terms of Use
Effective date: 14 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the website othermind.dev (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Quyen Nguyen (sole proprietor, Business ID 3592700-9), operating under the name Othermind ("Othermind", "we", "us").
- Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3592700-9
- Registered address: Puistokatu 6 A 369, 90120 Oulu, Finland
- Email: [email protected]
The sole proprietorship is registered in the Finnish Trade Register and the VAT register.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the Site only. The Site provides general information about Othermind and how to get in touch.
Our services (designing, building and hosting AI agents) are provided only under a separate written agreement or accepted quote. We do not publish prices; every engagement is quoted individually. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, and these Terms do not govern any services we provide. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement applies.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the Site's operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it; or
- scrape, copy or reuse Site content at scale, other than as normal search-engine indexing.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, belongs to Othermind or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, and you may print or save pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
"Othermind" and any related logos are the names and marks we use. You may not use them in a way that suggests a connection with, or endorsement by, us without our permission.
5. Information on the Site
The Site provides general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and it is not professional, legal or technical advice for your situation. Any description of what our AI agents can do is illustrative; actual scope, functionality and results depend on the specific agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Finnish law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms restricts the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, including the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki).
7. Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website or its owner.
8. Privacy
How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be settled by the district court of the provider's domicile, Pohjois-Pohjanmaan käräjäoikeus (District Court of Northern Ostrobothnia, Oulu).
If you are a consumer, this does not limit the protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence. A consumer resident in Finland may also bring a claim in the district court of their own domicile, and may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's consumer advisory service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
